Waiver and Release

This is a waiver and release. Please read it carefully. I am the parent or legal guardian of the Participant. I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not sue the School, its respective administrators, volunteers, and and employees, other participants. I agree that this Agreement shall act as a complete bar against all actions or claims that I might otherwise bring against the Released Parties, including negligence claims, arising from or related to the School.
