Huaxia teaches the Singapore Math Program and can be taken from K-6th grade. Click here to learn more about the Singapore Math Cirriculum. Classes are taught in English for about one hour. Singapore Math is a curriculum program that is highly effective in teaching whose students consistently score the top rank in international math tests. Singapore Math's rigorous training program has produced some of the world's top math leaders. These classes cultivate remarkable results in students, yet it is very challenging, so it may be more appropriate for your child to take the class under his/her math level. For example, a 3rd grade Singapore Math level is about the same level as a typical 4th grade math level.

Huaxia math club is a recent club started by students. This club explores math concepts not taught in school, develops interests in math, and prepares students for competitional math opportunities. The Math club is offered at two levels. The lower level class is for students with a pre-algebra level understanding of math. Higher level class students are expected to have mastered concepts from Algebra, Geometry, and parts of Higher Algebra.* The lower class will learn about topics such as number theory, probability, counting (not just 1, 2, 3), algebra, and geometry. The advanced class will cover topics such as trignometry, higher degree polynomials, rational functions, matrices, game theory, set theory, and proofs.

*Note: These prerequisites aren't required, but they are heavily recommended in order to comprehend the material.
